LendingFlow ("LendingFlow," "we," "us," or "our") operates lendingflow.com and provides a lead-generation platform that connects lenders with prospective borrowers ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you when you visit our website, complete our onboarding questionnaire, or otherwise use the Service.

This Policy applies to two groups of individuals: (1) lenders and other business customers who sign up for and use LendingFlow ("Customers"), and (2) prospective borrowers whose information is submitted through lead-generation forms and delivered to Customers ("Leads"). Where a provision applies to only one group, we say so.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information Customers Provide to Us. When a Customer signs up and completes our onboarding questionnaire, we collect:

  • Contact information: full name, company name, email address, phone number, and business website
  • Service configuration details: loan types of interest, target states/coverage areas, lead delivery method (e.g., CRM integration or email), CRM platform name, delivery pace, and delivery schedule (days and hours)
  • Any additional information voluntarily provided in open-text fields (e.g., lead criteria or follow-up preferences)
  • Billing and payment information necessary to process orders (processed by our third-party payment processor; see Section 4)

2.2 Information We Collect About Leads

In the course of operating our lead-generation platform, we collect personal information about prospective borrowers, which may include name, contact details, and information relevant to the loan types and criteria requested by Customers. This information is collected in order to be delivered to the Customer(s) who purchased the corresponding lead order.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit lendingflow.com, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect:

  • Log and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps)
  • Device and connection information
  • Data collected through cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies

3. How We Use Information

We use the personal information we collect to:

  • Create and manage Customer accounts and configure lead orders
  • Deliver Leads to Customers according to the delivery method, pace, and schedule they select
  • Process payments and manage billing
  • Communicate with Customers about their account, orders, and support requests
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including through analytics
  • Deliver and measure the performance of our advertising
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information in the following circumstances:

  • With Customers: Lead information is shared with the Customer(s) who purchased the corresponding lead order, delivered via the Customer's chosen method (CRM integration or email).
  • With service providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including analytics providers, advertising/ad-pixel partners, CRM and lead-delivery platforms, and payment processors. These providers are authorized to use the information only as necessary to provide services to us.
  • For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LendingFlow, our Customers, or others.
  • Business transfers: Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not sell personal information for money. To the extent applicable law defines certain advertising-related data sharing as a "sale" or "share," please see Section 7 for your choices.

We and our third-party analytics and advertising partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, understand how visitors use our Service, and measure and deliver advertising.
